Terms of purchase

1.1 Our offers are not binding. Small deviations and technical changes of the supplied products compared to our pictures or descriptions are possible.
1.2 If an article is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. We reserve the right not to fulfill the purchase contract in this case.

2.1 The presented products in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while stocks last", unless otherwise noted in the products.
2.2 By clicking on the "Submit order" button in the last step of the ordering process, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when you receive a confirmation e-mail from us of your ordered goods. This confirmation e-mail will be sent to you immediately after receipt of your order. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@neuston.hu
2.3 With the order the customer accepts the present GTC.

3.1 The prices on the homepage are in Euro, including VAT.

4.1 Our main delivery area covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the EU. Delivery to other major countries is offered as well.
4.2 The delivery of the order usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Should it take longer, we will contact you.
4.3 Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer.

Payment in advance
When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit / debit card - Barion
By submitting your order, you will be redirected to the secure Barion site where you can pay conveniently.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company Barion and charged to your card.

PayPal
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the amount. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of the money order and after your legitimacy as the legitimate cardholder. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

7.1 If the goods do not match the details on the invoice, we must get informed within 8 days stating the invoice number.

8.1 The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days after receipt of the goods and to return the goods at their own expense.
8.2 The goods must be in perfect, intact condition and come in original packaging to us. Otherwise, the right of return expires. No right of return exists on open items. Any amounts already paid will be refunded after deduction of delivery charges and any applicable fees.
8.3 Special cases will be treated amicably by Neuston Healthcare.

9.1 Objections to defects in the delivered articles must be made immediately, at the latest within 8 days in writing by e-mail or by post.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages, for whatever legal reason, is excluded. In particular, Neuston Healthcare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10.1 The goods remain the property of Neuston Healthcare until full payment.

11.1 The present GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

12.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
